This is the initial on site visit to start the relationship and perform a thorough analysis of all equipment and collection of KPI performance data.  A review of the preventative maintenance program and CMMS backlog to identify discrepancies in completions, to provide an overall health check.  Standard field service rates apply.

Remote maintenance planning is available.  After a site evaluation is performed, FSC will offer provide Maintenance planning services.  A minimum weekly 24 hour remote service rate applies.  

A successful preventative maintenance program is vital to ensuring your equipment remains reliable and delivers every day.  FSC will develop key metrics and perform analysis of the maintenance PM program, adjusting frequencies based off of performance data, ensure that PM work instructions, and execution is value added.  This service can be performed post site evaluation.

Utilizing our teams over 160 years of combined Maintenance experience, FSC can provide the plan forward to success by implementing and executing a full restructure of the site Maintenance team to meet the needs of your business.  Field service rates, and contract required.

FSC has access to provide professional service contractors to ensure that planned work can be executed immediately.  From electricians to millwrights, automation and controls, to machine repair, we have you covered.   

Critical spare parts availability today can be challenging, and is absolutely crucial to ensure your optimization of these parts is accurate. Your store room parts accessibility are key to ensuring your unplanned downtime stays at a minimum. FSC will evaluate and optimize quantities and establish criticality based off of historical data, and OEM BOM's, to guarantee your MRO is not antiquated.
