Our Story

It all started with a single thought. A moment in time when I realized that after almost 30 years of my professional career in the industrial maintenance industry, and several different companies later, the rewards of my ventures that harbored experiences both good and bad, taught me that there was a better approach to successful maintenance programs.

Through this fruition, built by not only success but also failure, I have been able to develop maintenance teams to re-unite them with the small victories through leadership, mentoring, best practice, and successful planned maintenance. This is birthed through analytical data analysis, securing talent, and providing the team with all of the tools that are needed to be successful.

Utilizing a site evaluation of all equipment KPI data mining, critical asset identification, break down analysis, critical spare parts availability, and MTTR vs MTTF to identify reliability, are the key metrics that garnish prosperity of the business.

Hello, I am very glad to meet you. I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to serve many organizations in various roles of Maintenance across the span of nearly 30 years. I started out in the military serving my country in the United States Navy. Receiving an honorable discharge I continued my career and education as a Maintenance Technician in the disciplines of Machine Repair Journeyman, Industrial Electrical Journeyman, Automation and Controls Electrician. After 19 years I decided to become a better servant to my teams devoting my efforts to leadership within the positions of Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Superintendent, and Maintenance Manager. These roles have rewarded me with the knowledge, experience and fortitude to achieve many accomplishments that I have shared with the teams I have served with, as well as the teams that I have led to success. Through these triumphs as well as failures I have gained the wisdom to know the difference and look forward to serving your organization with your teams as well. -Matt Haylett
